the air conditioning worked well.
The noise from outside was unbearable when i opened the windows. the sofa bed was uncomfortable and squeaky. It bothered me as a light sleeper. staff communication was poor. They did not reply to emails or chats.

The location was convenient to the British Museum of Natural History.
I booked two rooms and requested they be next to each other. This did not happen. One room was tiny. It could not fit our luggage, so we put it in the bathroom. Poor signage made it difficult to find our room. I spent time wandering around.

The room was clean and well-kept, it had all the necessary amenities. the bathroom was recently remodeled and featured a roomy shower, it was quite pleasant. the hotel's location was optimal. It was close to cafes and the underground station.
The check-in and reception were in a different building. It was an inconvenient arrangement that involved navigating outside steps with luggage.

the hotel features stylish interiors and design elements, it is aesthetically pleasing. i did not use many facilities, but the breakfast was decent, i appreciated that. the general atmosphere seemed very modern.
